Erasmus+ Applications for Study Mobility will Open on 1 August 2025!

We are happy to announce that the application intake for Erasmus+ study mobility for the Spring semester 2025/2026 will officially open on 1 August 2025!

► Students who are interested in applying are kindly asked to pay close attention to the application deadlines:
• Early intake universities deadline: 4 September 2025 (find the list bellow)
• All other universities deadline: 20 September 2025

► To be eligible for Erasmus+ study mobility, your weighted average grade from your previous studies must now be at least 6.75. Please note that this is a change from previous years.

► Participation in Erasmus+ study mobility is based on a competitive selection process. This means that not all applicants may be nominated. Those with higher overall competition scores will be prioritized.

► To help you prepare your application and make informed decisions, 2 Erasmus+ Info Seminars will be held:
• 1st Seminar (for early intake) – 2nd half of August (exact date to be announced in the beginning of August).
• 2nd Seminar – 1st half of September.
The presentation from the seminar will also be shared with all interested students afterward and will be available on the platform outgoingexchange.rtu.lv.

► To successfully submit your application, you will be required to upload:
• CV
• Transcript of Records
• Motivation Letter
• …and other documents (the full list will be available once you create your applicant profile)

► After you submit your full application, you will be invited to take the free RTU English Test.
Please note that TOEFL and IELTS are not accepted due to incompatibility with the RTU scoring system.
