Applying for Erasmus+ scholarship for mobility in Europe is easier than ever!

Simply follow these steps:

  • APPLY for exchange studies HERE and/or for traineeship HERE by clicking Apply now.
  • COMPLETE an online application and UPLOAD your CV and RTU transcript of records in English, write a motivation letter. If your motivation letter will be copied from internet or another student (plagiarized), your application will be automatically rejected.
  • Applying for exchange studies, FIND OUT your study plan at RTU for next semester and see if compatible study subjects/topics are available at potential host university within offer for incoming exchange students and those are taught in English or a language you know.
  • SUBMIT the application and wait for an e-mail invitation to an English language test.

Clicking on partner university’s name, you will see its FACT SHEET with its course list, application procedure and deadlines, study language etc. if it has been added or find this information on partner university’s website sections for exchange students.

Self-isolation rules after travelling to Latvia

From January 15 negative Covid-19 test is mandatory for entry to Latvia, the rule applies to all arrivals, including those traveling by private transport. The test must be done no more than 72 hours before arrival at the Latvian border or boarding a passenger carrier such as an airline. The test result must be presented in question. Boarding will not be allowed without the document.

To get tested for COVID-19, call 8303 on weekdays from 8 AM to 8 PM, on Saturdays from 9 AM to 3 PM and on Sundays from 9 AM to 12 PM.
